Apr reflection

Lost and Weary,
On a Journey,
that seems lonely
and fraught with difficulty.

Mountains of obstacles abound,
while valleys of refreshment
are hard to find.

Dark are the caverns,
where one must tread.
As the darkness of our
hearts and minds
threaten to overwhelm.

Yet, I will lift my eyes to HIM
who holds my destiny.
And, when I do,
shadows fade in the light of HIS Presence.
Mountains become molehills
and I am never alone.

But those whose hope is in the LORD,
will renew their strength ,
they will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40:31
